This impartial organization delivers certification as part of the referential chaired by the French Consumer code and published in the French Journal Official following a positive certification audit and approval from the Validation Committee, To be Excel Place certified, hotels must obtain a result of at least 90% on the National Criteria Rating Schedule.
The certification is valid 3 years provided the quarterly mystery visit evaluations corroborate the initial results. Obtaining an excel place service certification thus enables to promote judicious service level that benefits both customers and contributors as well.
